
Avocado and salmon burger

- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 6 hamburger buns
- 50 cl heavy cream
- 1 avocado not too ripe
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- A few lettuce leaves
- 10 drops of Tabasco
- Chive
- Salt pepper
- Peel and cut the red onion and cucumber into strips.
- Remove the skin from the avocado then mash the flesh in a bowl.
- Add a few drops of lemon to prevent oxidation.
- Then prepare the cream: in a bowl, mix the fresh cream, chopped chives, tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Place the burger buns in front of you and line the bottom half of the burger with cream and the top half with avocado.
- Then place a lettuce leaf on the cream, then 2-3 slices of cucumber, a little red onion, and finally a slice of smoked salmon folded in 2.
- Close the burger with the other half.
- Repeat the operation for each burger.v
