Bacon and prune pizza

- 6 slices Bacon
- 1 rectangular pizza dough (and thin)
- 12 pitted prunes
- 6 tbsp. tablespoons fresh cream
- Sage leaves (a little)
- a few basil leaves
- 50 g Fresh goat cheese
- 1 pinch Espelette pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6-7). Cut the prunes in half. Cut the bacon slices lengthwise. Crumble the fresh goat cheese.
- Unroll the pizza dough on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the fresh cream over the entire surface and place the pieces of prune and bacon on the cream. Sprinkle with fresh crumbled goat cheese. Add some sage and basil leaves. Sprinkle lightly with Espelette pepper and crushed hazelnuts.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, monitoring the cooking.
- Advice :
- For a more pronounced taste, replace the fresh goat cheese with an ashy cheese.
