Beef wok with pineapple

- 1 Pineapple (or 1 can)
- 25 g Semi-salted butter
- 1 red onion
- 50 g Bean sprouts
- 250 g Soba noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. golden sesame
- 30 g Cashew nuts
- 400 g Rump steak
- Ground pepper
- Finely chop the meat. Arrange it in a salad bowl with sesame seeds, soy sauce and pepper. Film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
- Peel and chop the onion. Wash the bean sprouts. Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces
- Roast the cashews dry in a hot wok.
- In the same wok, melt the butter, then sear the meat and onion. Add the pineapple. Let everything caramelize. Add the bean sprouts, adjust the seasoning and add the roasted cashews.
