- 1.5 tbsp. 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 450 g Flour T 55
- 1.5 tbsp. teaspoon Dehydrated baker's yeast
- 2 tbsp. tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp. coffee White sesame seeds
- 4 tsp black sesame seeds
- 40 g Butter
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
- Put the flour in a large bowl then the salt and mix. Add the dissolved yeast, mix again then add the oil. Make a well in the center, pour 28 cl of water and mix with a wooden spoon to obtain a smooth paste. Work the dough for 10 minutes, kneading it firmly by hand. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough “rise” in a warm room (25°C), 1 hour: the dough should double in volume.
- Gather the dough into a ball, work it for a few moments to remove the air.
- Divide it into dough pieces of equal weight. Knead each piece of dough into a round ball. Knead each piece of dough into a round ball.
- Pour the seeds into 2 cups, dab the top of each ball in the seeds to make them adhere to the dough, alternating colors.
- Oil an oven dish, place the balls of bread in the mold, spacing them slightly. Leave to swell for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 7). Brush with melted butter and place the dish in the hot oven. Lower the temperature to 180°C (th. 6) and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Variation: if you use frozen dough, i.e. 2 frozen pizza dough dough pieces (500 g), 10 min is enough to prepare this recipe.
- Divide the defrosted dough pieces into small equal dough pieces and knead them into round balls. The addition of flavorings and the cooking are identical.
