Broccoli clafoutis

- 200 g broccoli (pre-cooked)
- 2 whole eggs + 2 yolks
- 25 cl of milk
- 25 cl liquid fresh cream
- 10 g of Maizena®
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 150 g Gruyère or Comté cheese, cut into large cubes
- Butter
- Breadcrumbs
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and crème fraîche. Season.
- Then add the cornstarch and nutmeg.
- Butter a square mold and line it with breadcrumbs.
- Gently place the small pre-cooked broccoli bouquets... Then pour the mixture on top.
- Then add the cheese cubes and sprinkle again with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 240°C (th.8) - 30 to 40 minutes. I put the oven on 230°C - 30 minutes (enough with my super oven).
