
Chard, goat cheese and spice samosas

- 1 stalk of chard (about 300 g of cooked chard)
- 3 brick sheets
- 6 slices of goat cheese log
- 1/2 briquette of liquid cream (cooking soya or normal cream)
- Curry
- Turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Cut the chard stalks into very thin slices.
- Cook for about 15 minutes in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water.
- Let the cooked chard drain well.
- Wait until they cool well and wring them out, pressing them in your hand to squeeze out as much water as possible.
- In a hot skillet, brown the chard for a few moments.
- Salt, pepper and add the spices (salt, pepper, garlic, curry, turmeric).
- For the half-briquette of cream.
- Leave to cook until the cream is completely absorbed, stirring regularly. Step 5: The chard must be as dry as possible.
- Cut a pastry sheet in half.
- Put some Swiss chard and put a slice of goat cheese log on top.
- Fold the samosa into a triangle, making sure there is no space for the chard to escape.
- Put a little olive oil in a frying pan and cook the samosas for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Enjoy with a small salad for a starter or rice for a heartier dish!
