
Chicken and zucchini tajine with candied lemon
Ingredients
Instructions
- 1 zucchini
- 1 small candied lemon
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 50 g Frozen peas
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. liquid honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Label, wash and cut the zucchini into rounds. Cut the skin of the candied lemon into small dice.
- Cut the chicken into several pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in a casserole dish. Add the rosemary, the still frozen peas.
- Then drizzle with olive oil and honey. Salt and pepper and put in the oven at 170° C (th. 5-6) for 30 min.
- At the end of cooking, put everything in your lunch box. Keep cool.
- Reheat for 3 minutes in the microwave before eating.
Tip: How about adding a touch of spice? In a bowl, mix the oil with the honey and a pinch of curry, turmeric or cumin powder.
