Chicken breast with lemon

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 untreated limes
- 0.5 natural stirred yogurt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 8 basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the garlic then chop the clove finely.
- In a bowl, mix it with the stirred yogurt, for 1 drizzle of olive oil.
- Wash and dry the lemons, remove the zest and juice. Put them in the bowl and mix.
- Salt and pepper the sauce, add the chopped basil.
- Slice the chicken breasts, coat them with the yoghurt sauce.
- Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken for 8 minutes, stirring. Serve hot, with a tabbouleh for example.
