Chicken breasts with tarragon cream and penne

- 160 g Penne-style pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 g Cream cheese type fresh cheese
- 10 cl Milk
- 2 sprigs of tarragon
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons Neutral grapeseed oil
- 20 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sear your salted chicken breasts in the oil over very high heat for 2 minutes per side.
- Lower the heat, add the butter in pieces and continue cooking for 6 minutes, basting your meat regularly. Let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it into pieces.
- Deglaze your pan with a little cold water, scraping the bottom with a wooden spoon to loosen all the cooking juices. Reserve the cooking juices.
- In a saucepan, cook your pasta in a large volume of boiling salted water for 1 minute less than the time mentioned on the package.
- Pass your garlic clove through a garlic press to extract the pulp.
- Chop the tarragon.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream cheese with the milk, garlic and tarragon.
- In a fry pan, heat the pasta with the tarragon cream and reserved cooking juices for 2 minutes.
- Decorate your dish with chicken breasts cut into pieces. Add salt and pepper.
