Chickpeas with chorizo

- 500 g Chickpeas (soak the day before)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 green chilli
- 500 g Tomato coulis
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 g Chorizo
- Oil
- 20 cl Vegetable broth
- To start, bring the water to boil and cook the chickpeas. For me, it's big, the cooking time is 35 minutes. Use chickpeas already soaked overnight.
- While the chickpeas are cooking, make way for cutting: finely chop the onion, cut the peppers into strips and crush the garlic cloves.
- Brown the onions in a sauté pan large enough to hold all the food.
- Fry them in a little oil until they become translucent then add the chorizo cut into thin strips.
- Leave to brown for 2 minutes then add the chilli and garlic.
- Brown again for 2 minutes.
- Add the peppers, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the drained chickpeas, tomato coulis and broth.
- Leave to cook for fifteen minutes.
- It's a delight !
