
Chorizo Pasta

- 250 g pasta
- 1 large onion
- 150 g chorizo, cut into thin slices
- 250 g natural tomato sauce
- olive oil
- pitted black olives
- thyme
- pepper
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
- Meanwhile, chop the onion and brown it in the olive oil.
- Add the chorizo, tomato sauce and a little thyme.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the sauce.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, season with pepper and add three tablespoons of black olives to the preparation.
- Serve immediately.
