Cinnamon and cumin chickpeas

- 1 large can of chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 1 small stalk of celery
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 glass of water (about 20 cl)
- Drain and wash the chickpeas.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Cut the celery stalk into small pieces.
- Fry in your pan with a drizzle of olive oil, the onion and the celery until they brown a little.
- Add chickpeas, cinnamon, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Mix and for the water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
