- 600 g Cod fillet (or of a stagnation in 4 pieces)
- 4 clementines
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 2 C. olive oil
- 8 strands of coriander
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rinse and wipe the clementines. Grate the 2 clementine zests above a bowl. Press them and for their juice into the bowl.
- Add the olive oil. Cut the 2 remaining clementines into rings and then in half-moons. Chop the coriander leaves.
- Rinse and wipe the zucchini. Without peeling them, cut them into small sticks. Peel the carrots. Slice them in fine ribbons with a thrifty.
- Place 4 squares of parchment paper on the worktop. For 1 tsp. of the contents of the bowl on each.
- Divide the vegetables and clement slices. Sprinkle with coriander.
- Place a piece of fish over it. Salt, pepper. Coat the rest of the preparation.
- Fold each sheet of paper to form papillotes.
- Place 2 papillotes on a plate. Cook them for 5 min in the microwave at full power (900 watts).
- Remove and replace them with the 2 remaining papillotes. Cook them in the same way. Serve in the papillotes.
- The advice: you can cook the 4 papillotes at the same time in the oven preheated to 220 ° C (th. 7/8) for 12 min.
- In this case, make the zucchini and the carrots 3 min steam.
