Couscous with prawns in the Thermomix

- 800 g frozen raw prawn tails
- 500 g of water + water for the couscous
- 300 g couscous semolina
- 20 g of olive oil + 2 tbsp. soup for the couscous
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 C. couscous spices
- salt pepper
- Put the prawns in the Varoma basket, after filling the Thermomix bowl with water.
- Cook them for 25 min, Varoma mode, speed 1. Shell them and set them aside.
- Blend the peeled garlic and onion for 5 sec, speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
- Add the olive oil to the Thermomix bowl. Brown for 5 min, 120°C, speed
- Then put the prawns in the bowl of the Thermomix and keep them warm, stirring in the opposite direction, 10 min, spoon mode.
- Meanwhile, pour the semolina into a gratin dish. Sprinkle the couscous spice mix over the semolina and stir.
- Boil some water. Sprinkle the couscous with the 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil.
- Salt to taste then cover the semolina with boiling water.
- Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and let rise.
- Serve the couscous with the hot shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
