- 500 g Coles Finest By Laurent White Sourdough Vienna*
- 125 g creamed corn
- 1 large zucchini, peeled into ribbons
- 100 g Coles English ham, torn
- 1 1/3 cups (160 g) coarsely grated savory cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with 2 large pieces of aluminum foil.
- Slice the bread 1.5 cm apart (do not cut completely). Spread each cup with a little cream of corn. Divide the zucchini, ham and 1 cup (120 g) cheddar among the cups. Place on the lined tray. Sprinkle the tomato and remaining cheddar on top of the bread. Wrap aluminum foil around the base of the loaf, leaving the top exposed.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheddar is melted and the top is crispy. Let cool slightly. Serve hot.
