Easy cocotte egg with peas

- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp. heavy cream
- 100 g Frozen peas
- Preheat the oven to th 6 (180°C). In a large volume of boiling salted water, immerse the peas for 15 min.
- Drain them.
- In individual ramekins, distribute the cream and break an egg into each ramekin.
- Add the peas and bake for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
