Easy moussaka (eggplant and lamb gratin)

- 500 g Minced lamb meat
- 2 Eggplants
- 3 Tomatoes
- 20 cl Tomato pulp
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch Chilli
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and dry the eggplants, cut them into slices.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Brown the aubergines, salt and pepper then set aside.
- In their place, brown the minced meat with crushed garlic, chilli, salt and pepper. Add the crushed tomatoes, the tomato pulp and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a gratin dish, layer the layers of aubergines, meat with tomato and fresh cream. Finish with slices of mozzarella, for the rest of the cream.
- Bake for 30 mins.
