Egg casserole with maroilles cheese and smoked mackerel

- 4 eggs
- 20 cl Heavy farmhouse cream
- 110 g Maroilles Fauquet
- 7 cl Whole milk
- 1 pinch Cumin powder
- 4 tbsp. chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 sprigs of tarragon
- 1 smoked mackerel fillet
- Butter
- Salt pepper
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Melt the Fauquet maroilles in the milk and heavy cream. Add salt, pepper and cumin.
- Butter 4 ramekins. In each ramekin, add the maroilles mixture and an egg. Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
- Finally, add the chopped chives, chopped parsley, tarragon leaves and shredded smoked mackerel.
