Egg casserole with salty French toast

- 5 Eggs
- 4 tbsp. heavy cream
- 4 slices hard bread
- 5 cl Red wine
- 1 knob Butter
- Preheat the oven to th 6 (180°C). Soak the slices of bread in red wine then dip them in a beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper and brown them in a pan with the butter for 2 minutes per side.
- In individual ramekins, distribute the cream and break an egg into each ramekin. Place the slices of coarsely cut bread.
- Bake for 10 mins. Salt, pepper and taste quickly.
