
Eggs casserole in sandwich bread
Ingredients
Instructions
- 4 slices Sandwich bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 slice of white ham
- 10 cl Liquid cream
- 4 sprigs of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flatten your slices of bread with a rolling pin.
- Cut the slice of ham into pieces.
- Line ramekins with your flattened slices of bread.
- Decorate with pieces of ham.
- Crack an egg into each ramekin. Drizzle with liquid cream.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Place your ramekins in a plate filled with water. Bake in a bain-marie at 180° for 12 to 15 minutes (the white must be set).
- Leave to cool slightly before unmolding.
- Decorate your egg casserole with minced chives.
