Endive salad with scallops

- 3 chicory
- 400 g Scallops
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 small untreated orange
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Take the zest from the orange and cut it into very thin strips. Mix the vinegar in a bowl with 2 tbsp. orange juice and 2 tbsp. oil soup. Pepper.
- Chop the endives. Cut the unpeeled apple into small dice. Add everything to the bowl and mix.
- Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoons of oil in a skillet and brown the scallops for 2 minutes over high heat. Add salt and pepper.
- Divide the endive salad among four plates and add the scallops. Decorate with strips of zest and enjoy immediately.
