- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 6 leeks
- 2 onions
- 40 g butter
- 25 cl Dry cream
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp. curry
- Salt
- Pepper
- Eliminate half the green of the leeks. Split and clean them. Slice them. Peel and slice the onions.
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (Th. 7). Garnish a buttered pie pan with the dough and prepare it with white, 10 min.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter with the curry, then add the minced onions and leeks and let brown for 10 min on low heat. Add 2 pinches of salt and pepper.
- Garnish the tart bottom with the vegetables.
- In a bowl, whisk the cream with the egg. Pour it over the vegetables.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min.
- Serve hot.
