
Fish gratin

- 500 g White fish fillets (hake (julienne, cod, etc.)
- 600 g Potatoes
- 15 cl Liquid cream
- 20 g Butter
- a few sprigs of dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel and rinse the potatoes, then cook them in salted water for about 25 minutes.
- Drain and mash the potatoes with a fork, incorporating 10 g of butter and the cream.
- Place the fish fillets in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a simmer.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let poach for 2 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Shred the fish fillets and place them in a buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle with chopped dill and cover with the mashed potato.
- Bake for around 15 mins. Serve hot.
Variation: you can replace half the potatoes with turnips or carrots.
