- 4 cod fillets
- 4 sheets of parchment paper
- 2 unwaxed lemons
- olive oil
- 1 jar of onion confit with lemons 3 desires
- salt pepper
- Preheat the oven to th. 6-7 (190°C).
- Take the lemons, wash them and on your kitchen board, cut them into thin slices.
- Lay each sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface.
- Place lemon slices in the center of each paper, then the cod fillets.
