
Gluten Free Flaxseed and Sesame Wraps

- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free white bread mix
- 1 tablespoon brown flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Combine bread mix, seeds and salt in a bowl. Season with pepper. Add 1 ½ cups of water. Whisk until smooth and combined.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Brush the pan with a little oil (see notes). For 1/3 cup batter into pan. Using a palette knife, roll out the dough to form a 20cm circle. Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Round. Cook for another 1 minute or until cooked through. Wrap in a clean tea towel to cool. Repeat with the rest of the dough to make 8 rolls.
