
Goat cheese and candied onion tartlets

- 1 Herta® Puff Pastry
- 3 goat droppings (not too dry)
- 3 small onions
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. at s. balsamic vinegar
- 10 cl Full-bodied red wine
- dried thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Peel the onions, thinly slice them into half rings, sauté them without coloring with a teaspoon of oil.
- Add sugar, vinegar, wine, salt, pepper, add a pinch of thyme. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Unroll the dough on a board. Cut 12 circles larger than the diameter of the goat cheese. Place them on a baking sheet lined with the baking paper provided with the dough.
- Spread the onion confit on each round of dough. Cut each dung into 4 slices and distribute them on each thin tart.
- Pepper, season with thyme and a drop of olive oil.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and serve warm.
