
Goat cheese samosas with coriander and candied lemon

- 3 pastry sheets
- 0.5 Bunch of fresh coriander
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese
- ½ lemon candied with salt
- 10 cl Olive oil
- Pepper
- Wash the fresh coriander then coarsely chop it.
- Cut the 1/2 candied lemon in 2, remove the pulp and discard it, then cut the peel into small dice.
- In a bowl, mix the coriander and the lemon, add the fresh goat cheese and quickly mash everything with a fork. Season with pepper.
- Cut each pastry sheet into 4 strips 3 cm wide.
- Lay a strip of dough on the work surface, then drop a teaspoon of the goat cheese mixture at the bottom of the strip.
- Then fold the dough over the stuffing and continue in one direction then in the other until the other end, so as to form an airtight triangle.
- To close the samosas, insert the end of the strip into a fold in the dough, like closing an unsealed envelope.
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the samosas for 1 min on each side.
- You can also cook the samosas for a few minutes in a preheated oven at 210°C (th. 7).
