
Gourmet quinoa-red radish and granny
Ingredients
Instructions
- 180 g Gourmet quinoa (mixture of quinoa and bulgur)
- 400 g Prawns
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 red radish (about 250 g or failing that 1 bunch of red radish)
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 Lawyer
- Salt
- Pepper
For the sauce :
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons Raspberry pulp vinegar
- Cook the gourmet quinoa as indicated on the package.
- For me, 12 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water.
- After cooking time, rinse with cold water and drain. Book.
- Shell the prawns and dice them.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Carefully wash the red radish in water, remove the stalk then peel it.
- Slice it into thin slices and then cut each slice into quarters.
- Wash the apple and peel it (or not, if it's organic).
- Remove its core and then dice it.
- Split the avocado in half, peel it then dice it.
In a bowl, mix the oil and vinegar.
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Serve immediately or refrigerate under cling film.
