Grilled prawns

- 20 large prawns
- 1 lemon juice
- a few basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Peppercorns
- Place the prawns in a deep dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with peppercorns, mix, cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Heat the plancha then add the drained prawns. Leave to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, salt, sprinkle with chopped basil and serve immediately.
Variation: you can replace the basil with coriander.
