Ham and Watercress Quiche

- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 100 g ham
- 1 small bunch watercress
- 3 eggs
- 15 cl Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Roll out the dough, line a pie pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Rinse and drain the watercress then coarsely chop it with a large knife. Dice the ham. Crack the eggs over a bowl and whisk with the cream, salt and pepper.
- Spread the ham and watercress on the dough and for the egg/cream mixture on top. Bake and cook for around 35 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
- Tip: you can add 50 g of grated Emmental cheese and small diced tomatoes.
