
Hearts of Palm Vinaigrette
Ingredients
Instructions
- 1 box of hearts of palm
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons Peanut oil
- 6 Sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Open the can of hearts of palm, drain them carefully, cut them into slices 2 to 3 mm thick.
- Arrange them on a platter.
- Prepare a vinaigrette by emulsifying the oil,
the vinegar. Salt and pepper. To book. - Chop the parsley. Stir into dressing. Coat the hearts of palm. Serve as fresh.
