Homemade ravioli without a machine

- 200 g Flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cl Olive oil
- 3 cl Water
- 400 g Chopped steak
- 2 sprigs of marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- Put the flour in a bowl. Form a well in the center of the flour and add the egg yolks, oil and water. Mix until you get a sandy paste.
- Work the dough by hand on a floured work surface for about fifteen minutes. Form a ball, cover it with film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Chop the marjoram.
- Roll out your dough on a floured work surface then take small discs of dough using a cookie cutter.
- Place a little ground beef in the center of half of your disks and garnish with a few marjoram leaves.
- Wet the edges of your ravioli. Cover with another disc of dough. Seal the edges with a fork.
- Check that they are tightly sealed.
