Homemade steak, pine nuts and black garlic

- 500 g minced meat (pure beef)
- gluten-free wheat rusk or corn rusk
- 8 peeled black garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. 1/2 tsp Meat Lovers® (or 1/2 tsp fleur de sel)
- 0.5 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Pine nuts
- Coarsely crush the rusks in a mortar.
- In a salad bowl, combine the minced meat, the chopped onion, the pine nuts, the black garlic crushed with a fork, the Meat Lovers® (or salt), the parsley, the rusk crumbs.
- Mix everything by hand to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Then form the steaks of the size of your choice. You can freeze them to enjoy them later or enjoy them by the minute. They will make a delicious base accompaniment to veggies, mash and a delicious burger steak.
