Hungarian beef with rice

- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- 600 g Minced beef
- 1 Can of diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Conc. tomatoes
- 0.5 Lemon
- 1 Bulgarian yogurt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tbsp. coffee Maizena - oil - salt - pepper - rice
- Peel the pepper (to make it easier to digest), deseed then cut into small cubes.
- Cut the onion into small dice.
- Heat the oil and add the diced peppers and onions, sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the minced beef and sauté over high heat.
- Then add the tomato cubes, tomato puree, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt.
- Simmer for 20 minutes meanwhile heat the water for the rice and cook the rice.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon and cornstarch.
- When the beef has simmered add the yoghurt - lemon - cornstarch mixture, mix and leave on low heat for 2 minutes.
- On the plate put the rice and on top the Hungarian beef.
