Italian veal meatballs

- 200 g Ground veal
- 200 g Ground turkey
- 2 slices Parma ham, chopped
- 70 g Parmesan
- 60 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons chopped chives
- 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 0.5 Lemon
- 25 g Crushed almonds
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mix the minced meat, the washed and chopped fresh herbs, the grated parmesan and the whole egg in a salad bowl. Salt, pepper. Add the lemon juice, ½ glass of cold water and the crushed almonds.
- For the breadcrumbs onto a plate. Form balls in the palm of your hand then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
- Preheat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs for 12 to 15 minutes over low heat. Serve them hot with zucchini tagliatelle.
