- 700 g Beef rump steak
- 30 g Butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. curry soup
- 100 g Raisins
- 100 g Cashew nuts
- 25 cl Veal stock
- 1 Lime
- 0.5 tbsp. coffee Chilli powder
- Peel and mince the onion. Wash and cut the bell pepper into strips.
- In a casserole dish, melt the onion in the foaming butter for 2 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper for 5 min. Add the beef cut into cubes then salt, pepper and sprinkle with curry and chilli.
- Add the raisins and cashew nuts then for in the veal stock. Let simmer for 30 minutes then sprinkle with lemon juice when serving.
