Konjac stir-fried with prawns

- 250 g Shrimps
- 1 Leek
- 1 egg white
- 1 sachet Konjac
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 15 g Chives
- 5 g Ginger powder
- 2 tbsp. cooking alcohol
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- Cut the leek into strips.
- Peel the prawns, remove the black thread in the back, add the egg white, mix well, add the light soy sauce, leave to stand for 15 minutes.
- Oil and heat the wok, sauté the prawns until they turn red.
- Add the tomato sauce, leeks, ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of water to the wok, add the prawns, the konjac, fry until the sauce envelops the ingredients.
