Leg of lamb with 40 cloves of garlic

- 1 leg of lamb
- 50 g Butter
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 20 cl Water
- 3 heads of garlic
- Preheat the oven to th 7/8 (220°C).
- Place the lamb in an oven dish and place slices of butter on top. Salt, pepper and for in the olive oil.
- For the water into the dish and add the unpeeled garlic cloves. Bake for 45 minutes, turning the lamb halfway through cooking and basting it.
- Remove the meat from the oven and cover it with aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes and enjoy hot.
