- a leg of lamb of 2 to 3 kg
- clove garlic
- olive oil
- rosemary sprigs
- salt and pepper
- water
- Make slits in several places on the lamb and insert a clove of garlic into each incision.
- Oil the meat and place sprigs of rosemary on top.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200°C for about 3 hours.
- Baste the meat every 30 minutes or so.
- Serve with, for example, fried potatoes and parsley.
