
Meatballs on Spaghetti
Ingredients

- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. coffee soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 500 g Spaghetti
For the tomato sauce:
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large can of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon Kikkoman sweet soy sauce
- a few basil leaves
- Ground pepper
- Prepare the sauce. Sweat the chopped onions in the oil over low heat, until they become translucent.
At the end of cooking, add the finely chopped garlic. - For the tomatoes into a saucepan, add the oregano, sweet soy sauce, pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the cooked onions.
- Prepare the dumplings. Mix all the ingredients with your fingers, then form medium-sized balls by rolling them with the palms of your hands
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs over medium heat, turning them regularly.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Divide the spaghetti into deep plates, add the meatballs and coat with tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle with basil. Serve with grated parmesan.
