
Mini shrimp skewers

- 16 large raw prawns, peeled
- 2 limes
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 spring onion (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rinse the spring onion stalk and cut it into pieces. Place the prawns in a deep dish. In a bowl, mix the juice of 1 lemon with the olive oil and curry. For over the prawns, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Arrange the prawns on mini skewers, with 1 piece of spring onion, and cook them on the grill or on the barbecue for 4 to 5 minutes, turning them regularly.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately, with the 2nd lemon cut into quarters.
