Pan-fried knacki pasta

- 50g spaghetti
- 2 knacki sausages
- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 handful of Gruyere cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- First, cook the pasta as indicated on the package, drizzle with olive oil, season and set aside.
- Cut the knacki into slices and fry them quickly without fat! Deglaze with a little balsamic vinegar...
- Add the sausages to the pasta and mix with Provencal herbs and ketchup + yoghurt... Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
- You can garnish with pine nuts or sesame seeds...
