Pancakes with mushrooms

- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 40 g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 200 g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups grated savory cheese
- Combine flour, milk and egg in a food processor until smooth. For into a pitcher. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Add onions and sauce. Cook for 1 minute. Season.
- Spoon mushroom mixture over pancakes. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Roll the pancakes. Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle crepes with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until hot.
