Pasta with parsley sauce

- 500 g pasta
- 1 Bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 60 g grated parmesan
- To serve (a little)
- 50ml Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. gables
- 1 pinch Salt
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- Meanwhile, wash the parsley, remove the stems and put the leaves in a blender with the salt, garlic, parmesan and pine nuts. 3
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix very finely.
- Then add the rest of the olive oil and mix with a spoon.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it well, add it to the sauce, mix well and serve immediately with a little more Parmesan if desired.
