Penne with anchovies, squid and tuna

- 400 g Penne
- 200 g Tuna fillet
- 12 anchovy fillets
- 200 g frozen squid pieces
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 red onion
- 8 candied tomatoes
- 4 sprigs of basil
- In a large volume of boiling salted water, immerse the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Cut the tuna into cubes and defrost the calamari. Peel and mince the onion.
- Cut the tomatoes into strips. In a frying pan, heat the oil and brown the squid and onions for 5 minutes.
- Add the tuna and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add the pasta, tomatoes and chopped basil. Add the anchovy fillets then season with salt and pepper. Mix and enjoy hot.
