- 1 pizza dough
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 handful arugula
- 6 sprigs of basil
- 3 tbsp. plain tomato sauce
- 150 g Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Scald the tomatoes for 30 seconds, then peel them. Cut them into quarters, deseed them, salt, pepper then sprinkle with oregano. Book 10 mins.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut it into thin slices. Rinse and chop the basil. Rinse and spin the arugula.
- Preheat the oven to th. 8 (240°C). Unroll the dough, keeping its baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce up to 1 cm from the edge. Scatter the drained tomatoes. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. of oil. Bake for 10 mins.
- Take the pizza out of the oven and scatter the mozzarella over the tomatoes and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining oil. Season with pepper and sprinkle with chopped basil leaves and arugula.
- Serve immediately.
