Pork tenderloin with mushrooms

- 1 tenderloin
- 500 g tinned button mushrooms
- 30 g dried porcini mushrooms
- 20 cl Broth
- 1 shallot
- 1 tsp veal stock
- Salt
- Pepper
- In a casserole dish, heat a drizzle of oil. Brown the chopped shallot for a few minutes over medium heat. Place the meat in the casserole dish, salt and pepper the meat and brown the filet mignon on each side for 15 minutes.
- Add the broth and the veal stock, the dried porcini mushrooms and the drained button mushrooms. Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
