Potato gratin with foie gras

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 30 cl Liquid cream
- 1 slice of raw foie gras
- Preheat the oven to th 6 (180°C).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices of about 2/3 mm.
- Place them in a gratin dish, for the cream. Add salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 mins. 5 minutes before the end, place the slice of foie gras on top of the gratin and enjoy hot.
