Quiche bacon and goat cheese

- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 200 g Bacon
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 Goat log
- 20 cl Liquid fresh cream
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Ground pepper
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6). Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the bacon in it. Remove from heat and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Book.
- Cut the goat cheese into slices. In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette. Add the fresh cream and nutmeg. Salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Unroll the dough in a pie pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Place the bacon bits and slices of goat cheese. Cover with egg mixture and add walnuts on top. Bake for around 40 mins.
- Tip: Enjoy with a lamb's lettuce or arugula salad.
