Quick Quiche Lorraine

- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 200 g fresh cream
- 100g Bacon
- 3 eggs
- 2 pinches Nutmeg
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (th. 6-7). Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the bacon in it. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette. Add the cream, bacon bits and nutmeg. Salt, pepper and whisk well.
- Unroll the dough into a high-sided pie pan and prick the bottom with a fork. For in the preparation and bake for 35 minutes.
Tip: For a different and original recipe, replace the shortcrust pastry with puff pastry.
